Salford 1997 Season Review DVD

Due to a huge amount of interest from our “1997 Team Reunion” event early this year we are selling copies of the Salford 1997 Season Review that was aired on the night. The DVD will be available on a two week presale at which point we will place an order with our supplier. Please read full terms and direct any enquiries to

After promotion back to the top flight at the end of 1996, Salford Reds would start 1997 in the Super League.

Head coach Andy Gregory had built a very entertaining and competitive side with a nice blend of youth and experience. The 1997 season review contains all the highs and lows of a hugely successful and special year in our clubs history.

From the excellent start in the league with five straight wins, a thrilling challenge cup run, victories at home and away to Wigan and who could forget a memorable 39-26 win at home to St. Helens.

Salford broke new ground taking part in The World club Challenge. Playing Australian sides North Queensland Cowboys and Adelaide Rams at home and away. All the matches and memories are remembered on this DVD which will take you back to the 90s.

Out of stock

Pre-order closes on the 11th July at midday when we will place the order with our supplier.

We will aim to distribute the DVDs with proof of purchase at our first home game once we are in possession of them (Leeds Home). For those who do not attend home fixtures we can arrange postage to the UK – it would assist us if you could collect from a home game or via a Supporters’ Trust Board member.

Please use the “Order notes” in the checkout to tell us whether you are able to collect or would require postage.
