Temporary ST Board meeting summary – 29/10/17

The temporary Supporters’ Trust Board met on Sunday 29th October 2017. Here is a summary of the meeting.

  • The temporary board unanimously supported the appointment of Joanne Hawkins as Secretary of the Supporters’ Trust as advised by Supporters Direct.
  • The temporary board have agreed a timetable of actions to ensure an Election and AGM takes place on a provisional date of 15th January 2018.
  • Treasurer Chris Nash updated the board on the submission of annual accounts to the FCA – all accounts are on track to be up to date and independently verified by the 2018 AGM.
  • The temporary board intend to carryout a consultation exercise with ST members to assist in updating the model rules and side policies to the latest version.

In addition to the above the temporary board set the wheels in motion for a number of ST events to take place through the off season. Further information on these events will be released as venues and dates are confirmed.

Next temporary Supporters’ Trust Board meeting will be held on 13th November 2017.
