An Evening with Adrian Morley

After a long-awaited win on Thursday night everyone’s mood was lifted and eagerly looking forward to another Salford Supporters Trust event, this time we were at Buile Hill Park with our very own Salford lad, Adrian ‘Moz’ Morley, a true favourite of the Salford supporters.

The evening started with a delicious meal followed by some fun entertainment and comedy from John, the evenings host.
Adrian began by telling us about his career, from being a kid and playing in the same team as another favourite, Nathan McAvoy. Moz said he was a skinny kid who wasn’t such a great player, although over time he bulked up and the rest is history as they say.

He went on to play for Leeds Rhinos, Sydney Roosters, Bradford ,Warrington then finally, to finish his career at Salford Red Devils. We were all treated to a wonderful insight into the career of Moz and he received a standing ovation from everyone who attended.

The evening concluded with comedy from the very funny Gary Marshall, followed by an auction of sporting memorabilia. Thanks to SteveMcPhotography, Premier Sport, Adrian Morley, Gary Marshall and everyone who came along to support Salford Supporters Trust on what was a very entertaining evening.
