Supporters Trust board members are totally committed to the Community share offer and have made our personal financial commitments to the scheme. We would ask all Salford fans to get behind the club and back the share offering financially, if you are able to.
Since the memorable Million Pound game in 2016 when our future was in dire straits until the final seconds, the club has come back to appear in a Super League Grand Final in 2019, a Challenge Cup Final in 2020 and came close to appearing in a Super League Grand Final again last year. The signs this season are already positive with Rowley at the helm with the Red Devils currently in 5th place.
There has also been the launch of a number of new teams – a Women’s Team, Physical Disability Team and the Learning Difficulty Rugby League Team were proud new additions to Salford’s family of squads. Joining with the new Performance Pathway Teams, the REDS programme Under 16’s and Under 18’s, as well as Reserves which the Supporters Trust proudly sponsors. This season, the club are launching a Wheelchair Rugby League Team. At the heart of the approach is that we are genuinely “One Club”.
The club has achieved this while having severe financial difficulties over the whole period. In the 150th year of our club, this is the chance we as Salford fans have been waiting for, to ‘Rise Together’. You can join the Supporter’s Trust board members as shareholders by backing the share offer now from as little as £100 and let’s help secure our future for the next 150 years.
